At Spotlightz, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

* Be returned within 30 days of delivery.
* Be unused and in its original condition.
* Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and components.
* Not show signs of misuse, damage, or alteration.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

* Used or damaged products.
* Items modified after delivery.
* Products returned without original packaging or missing parts.
* Clearance or final sale items (where clearly indicated).

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number along with clear photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds

After your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days after processing.

Return Shipping

* If the return is due to our error, such as receiving the wrong or defective item, Spotlightz will cover the return shipping cost.
* For returns requested for other reasons, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise stated.

Exchanges

If an item arrives damaged or defective, we may offer a replacement, subject to product availability.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process after delivery.
